CHRISTOPHER HERRICK - INTERNATIONAL CONCERT ORGANIST

Christopher Herrick has now recorded 40 CDs for Britain's leading independent classical music label - Hyperion. This CD, recorded on the monster Anglo-American organ in Melbourne Town Hall, Australia, is the 14th volume of the hugely successful Herrick/Hyperion Organ Fireworks series. The issue date is June 2010.


Welcome to the website of one of the world's leading organists. Since 1984, English concert organist Christopher Herrick has devoted himself entirely to performance in recital, recording, and broadcasting. He performs regularly both as a soloist and with orchestras to enthusiastic audiences and critical acclaim throughout the world. Concert tours frequently take him to continental Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. He is known for his all-encompassing repertoire, scrupulous musicianship, and quick rapport with audiences everywhere.

His 40 recordings for Hyperion have become a benchmark and include the complete works of Bach on Swiss Metzler organs and the Organ Fireworks series recorded on the grandest organs the world has to offer. Tracks from these CDs can be listened to on this site in RealAudio and MP3 formats.
